Each day comes with its own kind of weight. Sometimes it’s the pressure of decisions. Other times it’s the silence that makes us question if God still sees us. But the truth is steady. God is not absent. His presence is not seasonal. He is here.
And today, as we pause to say this prayer for April 12, we are not just sending words into the air. We are speaking to the One who listens fully and responds with love.
Bible Verse for April 12
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” – Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV)
Prayer for April 12
Lord, we come again today not because it is a routine but because we know You are real. You are not a God who ignores. You are the God who invites. You said call and You will answer and we believe You mean it.
So we call. We call with our fears. We call with our dreams. We call with our hopes and the things we are too scared to say out loud. We call with every bit of us that needs help. And we trust that You are listening.
Today Lord, help us see what we cannot see. Show us the great and mighty things that are still ahead. Remind us that our story is not finished. Let this be a day where revelation meets rest. Where answers begin to unfold. Where our hearts are not just waiting but watching with hope.
God, we ask that You strengthen our faith. Teach us to pray with expectation not out of habit but out of hunger for more of You. We don’t just want to be religious. We want to be in relationship. We want to feel You walking with us even when we don’t understand where we’re going.
And Lord, if today holds challenges we are not expecting, please go ahead of us. If there are decisions to make, guide us with clarity. If there are tears to cry, hold us close. And if there are wins to celebrate, help us not forget to say thank You.
We choose to trust You again. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Final Thoughts
This prayer for April 12 is not about perfect words. It’s about showing up with your heart wide open. Today, show up. Even if all you can say is God help me, that is still a prayer. He hears it. He honors it. He moves through it. Don’t wait for peace to fall from the sky. Go meet it in the place of prayer.
If there are tears to cry, hold us close!!!
